I love singing in my music sessions. I usually choose a bit of a rock song and get everyone singing along!

Powerlifting

I won 3 medals at the Special Olympics for powerlifting and brought them in, with my certificate, to show everyone.

Food bank

I was busy at food bank today. I had all of these milk powder bags to seal, it was a big job but I got it all done!

Tiger

I have finished my tiger painting - just need to find a frame to fit it!
