Christmas time

I got a yummy selection of  chocolates from my secret Santa. I'm saving them to share with my family.

Making Christmas decorations

I made Christmas decorations for the tree at home. I like glitter and stickers, they make things stand out!

Xmas play

I played the role of Titan - the son of the giant who lives at the top of the beanstalk. I was angry at Jack  in the play but also sang along to all the songs merrily too.

Family time

I've been spending time with my family this week.😀

Wilrose cookbook

I completed my Wilrose cookbook with all my favourite recipes I've done in cooking group throughout the year! I made it very colourful!

Medals

Check out all my sports medals I have won for bowling and basketball. I brought them in to show everyone today. 

Agrodome

I had a wonderful day at the Agrodome. We saw a great farm show, lots of different breeds of sheep and other animals like cows, sheep dogs, baby lambs and ducks. 

Op shop

I enjoy going to volunteer at the SPCA op shop. I help to clean the shoes each week.

Food bank

I love going to food bank to help out. This week I helped to measure out the oats and put the labels on the bag. We got lots of work done while we were there!

Art

This week I did abit more on my awesome water colours painting. It's looking great so far!

TalentQuest

I had so much fun performing my song at the TalentQuest. I did Michael Jacksons' Black or White and rocked it!

Drama play

I was the star of the show in the drama play - I had a dancing part towards the end. Yeah man!

Volleyball

I joined in with the sports group and had a game of indoor balloon volleyball this afternoon. It was lots of fun. 

Learning through discovery

This is me making a kite. We got to draw our own pictures on them. It was very fiddly sticking our ribbons onto the ends of our kites but I had lots of fun.

Helping out

I help out in the SPCA Op Shop and it's good fun. We do lots of different things andi it's good to help the community.

Cooking

I really enjoy cooking. I'm learning new skills in the kitchen to help me when I live on my own. 

Mural

I've painted the background to my mural - it's going to be a superhero theme. 

Music

I love singing in my music sessions. I usually choose a bit of a rock song and get everyone singing along!

Powerlifting

I won 3 medals at the Special Olympics for powerlifting and brought them in, with my certificate, to show everyone.

Food bank

I was busy at food bank today. I had all of these milk powder bags to seal, it was a big job but I got it all done!

Tiger

I have finished my tiger painting - just need to find a frame to fit it! 

Cooking class

I enjoy cooking and making exciting things Yum Spag Bol Pasta goodness

Rock on

I had a blast in music this week again - we all sang and danced our hearts out and learned how to do rock fingers.

Music

I had a blast in my music session today - we all took turns to be the lead singer and sang all sorts of songs. I chose a Beatles song - Yellow Submarine! 

French Toast

I made French toast in my cooking session today. We mixed all the ingredients together and then dipped the bread in and fried it. When it was ready we put some maple syrup on it! Yum!
